1. How can I place a new order?

After login, click "Add to Cart" to put the products you like into the shopping cart.  You can adjust the item number you would like to buy in the same product box.  Then click the shopping cart icon to "Shopping Cart".  Confirm your shopping list here and click "Proceed to Checkout".  

If you haven't logged in, you are required to login to proceed with the payment. Follow instructions to enter delivery address, then select your payment method and then confirm your payment. Your order will be placed upon your payment confirmation.


2. If I logout without placing an order, will the items in the shopping cart be kept?

If you add items into shopping cart and logout before placing an order, these items will be saved in your shopping cart.  Next time, login, you can still checkout with these items.  However, as system does not keep the stock for the items saved in shopping cart, the items may be sold out at that time although they are saved in the cart previously.

3. How can I check my order status and previous order history?

After login, go to “Member”, then click “Your Order”. You can check your current order status and past orders there.

4. Check Order Status

On the "Order Tracking" page, an order status message displays above each of your items. Order status messages include:


- Await the payment - You haven't finished the check-out process. Go back to the shopping cart page and then "Check-out" to finish the purchase. 

- Processing Items - We're processing your order right now. If you would like to amend the shipping information, please contact us at (852) 2877-7908 or by email

- Shipped - Your item has been shipped. While your item is being shipped, we are unable to edit your order details. Our logistic provider is going to deliver the items to the designated address that you provided. 


Return & Exchange

We reserve the right to refuse the request of returns/exchanges on incorrect type or quantity of the merchandise after you have signed on the delivery note.

If you find your product(s) in situations listed below, you can request replacement of specific product(s) within 24 hours of receiving your order to report the case:

(i) Breakage/ Incomplete product package

(ii) Quality issue

(iii) Short-shipment or wrong delivery


1. How to return or exchange if the products are found damaged?

In case of damage, please record the damage by photos and contact us via email ( within 24 hours of receiving your order to report the case. You will be contacted by telephone/email/SMS/Whatsapp on the next working day after we have received your request of return. Once the claim is confirmed eligible, we shall replace with a new item or refund. 

Please retain all packing materials including original product packaging and product labels for return or exchange. Please ensure product labels and tags are in good condition, any damage or folds will be deemed as non-returnable.

2. How to request a refund?

The refund for any returned merchandise will be confirmed by telephone/email/Whatsapp. The refund amount will be credited into your bank account within 30 days upon confirmation.
