Free self-pickup service, at our company, is provided for any order.
Self-pickup service will be available in 3 working days after order submission. You will be contacted by telephone/email/SMS/Whatsapp when merchandises are available for you to pick-up.
Our self-pickup service is available from Monday to Saturday (except Public Holiday), our operation hours are from 9am to 6pm (but not including 1pm – 2pm during weekdays, after 1pm on Saturday).
We only accept payment via PayMe and Cash Payment at Ocean Tai Foods.  All product prices listed are in HK dollars. Prices of some products may differ from those charged at our company.
If the product you want to buy is out of stock, you will be contacted by telephone/email/SMS/Whatsapp for further arrangement.
We will try our best to safeguard your personal information from leakage and misuse during payments. Please refer to "Privacy Policy".

After login, click "Member"  at the top right corner of landing page, then click “Change Profile” to add/change your display name and contact information there.
