Free delivery service provided for an order with spending of required amount HK$800 or above and subject to change from time to time without prior notice.
We currently provide delivery service on Monday to Saturday (except public holidays). Please contact us by telephone/email/Whatsapp if you have any special requirement.

We will deliver the products the ordered products to the address given by you through our third-party logistics provider.
Our delivery service only serves to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories of the Hong Kong Special Administration Region and some designated rural areas or the outlying islands. Except where otherwise specified, the districts of outlying islands are required for the extra surcharge.

For delivery addresses without the lift, the delivery staff may require the customer to pick up products at the ground floor of Tong Lau / the gateway of the village.

You can leave us your request when place the order. However, frozen and chilled goods should be refrigerated immediately and we will not be responsible for any deterioration caused by concierge delivery.
Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above, or a black rainstorm signal is hoisted. In this event, you will be contacted by telephone/email/SMS/Whatsapp on the next day after signal cancelled for further arrangement.
